If you are interested in commissioning a piece, please feel free to contact me!
Some collaboration is necessary for both of us to be happy with the finished result.
You should have a few general things in mind when you propose a commission:
-theme (landscape? portrait? abstract? two kittens and a chameleon sipping tea at an outdoor picnic?)
-size of canvas or paper
-preferred medium (oil/acrylic or ink/watercolor)
This gives me a good idea of your expectations. As the artist, I will also give my input and suggestions when it comes to creating the final piece. Every artist has their own style. Please browse the gallery of my work to be sure you enjoy my unique style.
I try my best to complete commissions in a timely manner.
If you require shipping, I will have that calculated and added to your total at the time the piece is finished.
So what happens next?
Once you have an idea for your painting (and it can just be the germ of an idea) CONTACT ME! I will work with you to further develop your idea. Then we can talk about sizing and price.
Generally, I will complete an initial sketch for your feedback and then the real fun begins!
